As a celebration to our managers on their birthday month they receive new uniforms

With the support of English Under the Arches, you can improve your English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

English Under the Arches is available to both crew and managers.

We recognize hard working employees who go above and beyond for our customers with a nomination to the regional Heart of Gold program. Heart of Gold recipients are chosen by the region and are awarded with a certificate, our special Heart of Gold crew shirt and a gift card.

Every month every employee receives 2 Be Our Guest cards in appreciation for all that they do.

New certified managers receive a goody bag of branded merchandise in appreciation for their work and dedication. 

Each year employees that have achieved 10 years of service are awarded a check for $5,000.

Every month each store recognizes an employee who has been outstanding in the restaurant. These employees receive recognition in front of their peers and are awarded with $25 in cash, plaque, name tag, displayed on a plaque in the restaurant.
